company was founded by Benjamin
Franklin Goodrich in Akron, Ohio, in
1870, as Goodrich, Tew & Co. In 1880
the company name was changed to the
B.F. Goodrich Company. Besides Tires,
and automotive needs, B.F. Goodrich
dealer catalogs featured items such as,
Bicycles & wheel goods, Lawn & Garden

Toys, and a line of Maximus Baseball
